I am called Brian. This is a site I decided to create in order to have a repository for my stuff to which I could direct people if I wanted to share it.
As of right now, Im struggling to think of what to share with anyone who happens across this place, whether directed or not. I don't feel like a biography is wanted. I'm not in a position to put up any of the art I want to share. So I will simply poop out 200 words or so in order to not have a blank white page.
Why make a personal webpage instead of using any number of the well-known content sharing platforms already out there?
Well, for starters, I am a web developer so I have the means. I miss some of the more wholesome aspects of the old Web 1.0 times where someone would just have a page. There wasn't a lot of interaction. It was a more passive way of sharing and I think there's a place for that now too. I'm not trying to monetize my brand. I'm not trying to influence anyone.
I just want to peacefully exist. 200 words are now.
